Who we are
We are CWASD parents who want to unmask our son at school. We invite other CWASD parents and guardians, relatives, and concerned citizens to stand with us by signing our Open Letter, sharing with a friend, and contacting public officials. Our website address is: https://embracetheirfaces.org.
Data we collect
If you opt to sign our Open Letter, we will ask you to provide select information to allow us to publish your name (or, if anonymous, your role) in the “Signatures” section below the letter. We do not proactively track your activity with cookies or Google Analytics for our purposes; however, please see the section on “Embedded content from other websites” for information about how that embedded content may be tracked by the content owners.
How we use your data
We will publish your name (or, if anonymous, your role) in the “Signatures” section below the letter. We will use your information to contact you only if you consent to such contact in the form. We may use your name (or, if anonymous, your role) when speaking to CWASD administrators and the BOE about support for unmasking our children at school.
Who we share your data with
Outside of using your name (or, if anonymous, your role) and city to indicate support for unmasking children at school, we do not share your information with others.
How long we retain your data
We will retain your data for as long as we are working to unmask our children at CWASD.
What rights you have over your data
If you sign the Open Letter, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, which we will do within 30 days. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
